The celebration brought together school leadership, students and community leaders, including Henderson Mayor Michelle Romero and Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson, to recognize the school’s achievement and the dedication of its educators, students and families.

The event also highlighted progress at Windmill Elementary School, which earned a four-star rating for the 2025-26 school year, improving from its three-star rating the previous year. Together, the schools’ achievements reflect a commitment to continuous improvement and providing students with opportunities to succeed academically.

The celebration also underscored the importance of community support in helping local schools provide students with the resources, encouragement and educational opportunities they need to thrive.
